NEXIUM INFORMATIONNexium (Esomeprazole) is used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It is also used for the management of peptic ulcer and treatment of dyspepsia. Being a S-enantiomer of omeprazole, esomeprazole seeks to prevent the formation of acid in the stomach. Esomeprazole may also be used for other medication purposes.

It is not revealed whether nexium (Esomeprazole) passes into breast milk. Thus do not use it without consulting your health expert.
