NEXIUM INFORMATION


Nexium (Esomeprazole) is used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It is also used for the management of peptic ulcer and treatment of dyspepsia. Being a S-enantiomer of omeprazole, esomeprazole seeks to prevent the formation of acid in the stomach. Esomeprazole may also be used for other medication purposes.
